Yiwu International E-Commerce Digital Port Block B – Future E-Commerce Community in Yiwu
Yiwu International E-Commerce Digital Port Phase 1 Block B: A New Future E-Commerce Community Integrating Office, Living and Consumption
Yiwu International E-Commerce Digital Port Phase 1 Block B integrates offices, talent apartments and commercial spaces. Featuring smart facades, vertical greenery and AR live display, it forms a large Yiwu e-commerce industrial cluster.

Block B serves as the core development zone for Phase 1 of the Yiwu International E-Commerce Digital Port, with a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. Buildings B1 to B3 are positioned as high-end business office towers, hosting the Yiwu municipal-level comprehensive e-commerce service center. The site targets high-quality players across leading e-commerce platforms, digital creativity, smart logistics, cloud computing and other related industrial chains for investment attraction.
Buildings B4 and B5 are planned as talent apartments. Together with the ground-floor commercial spaces of B1–B5 and the commercial complex of Building B6, they deliver complete residential and consumer amenities. Breaking away from the conventional industrial park model that separates work and living spaces, the project seamlessly integrates office entrepreneurship, talent housing and daily consumption scenarios, injecting fresh momentum into the high-quality development of Yiwu’s e-commerce sector.
In terms of architectural design, the project innovatively builds a four-dimensional integrated system covering transportation, space, business formats and landscapes. Suspended connecting corridors link all industrial buildings to enable smooth internal pedestrian flow within the park. Three double-height sky lobbies are built as comprehensive industrial service hubs, capable of hosting e-commerce summits, industry forums, roadshows and exchange events.
Adopting a modular three-dimensional “Space Cube” masterplan, the design allows flexible switching among office, commercial and social leisure scenarios. The space is no longer limited to simple office use, maximizing the overall value of the built environment.
The project follows green and low-carbon construction principles, combining photovoltaic power generation, rain gardens and vertical greening systems to create a three-in-one “sky oasis”. The buildings are fitted with custom smart breathing facades that automatically adjust according to outdoor temperature and ventilation conditions to cut energy consumption.
Green terraces extending from office areas coordinate with multi-level landscape steps on plazas, enriching ecological layers and raising green coverage to achieve harmonious coexistence between buildings and nature, supporting low-carbon and sustainable park operation.
To meet digital operational demands of e-commerce businesses, the park adopts cutting-edge technologies. The installed photovoltaic glass facades double as large-scale digital display screens, supporting AR product showcases and real-time live streaming interaction. Office floors are equipped with professional seismic-isolation flooring, improving noise reduction performance by roughly 40% and creating quiet, premium modern working environments.
A representative from Yiwu International Land Port Group explained that Block B will coordinate with the International Land Port E-Commerce City to form an industrial layout of “One City, One Port with Two Clusters”. Jointly they will build a large e-commerce industrial complex with a total area of nearly 1.6 million square meters. A futuristic new e-commerce community combining office work, residential living, socialising and consumption is taking shape.
Moving forward, Yiwu International Land Port Group will keep upgrading industrial supporting facilities. It will carry out targeted investment promotion focusing on top-tier e-commerce enterprises and benchmark platforms, continuously refine park service systems, unlock regional commercial potential and foster a thriving e-commerce ecosystem. The goal is to help more e-commerce operators establish roots in Yiwu and achieve robust growth.
